How to Cook a Frank’s Pizza Kit

  1. Place oven rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Remove dough ball from tin.

  3. Stretch the dough and begin creating your pizza pie.

  4. Spread sauce with spoon to 3/4" from edge of crust.

  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce. Place topping(s) as desired.

  6. Carefully place pizza directly onto oven rack. Bake only one pizza at a time.

  7. Bake pizza for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown. Ovens may vary, so cooking time or temperature may need to be adjusted.

  8. Carefully remove from oven, let cool 3 minutes.

  9. Cut, serve, and enjoy!


How to Reheat Frank’s Creamy Alfredo and Pink Vodka Sauce

  1. Remove from refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating.

  2. Preheat oven to 275-325°F.

  3. For cream sauce, add 2-4 ounces of whole milk or cream before heating.

  4. Heat slowly on low heat at 275-325°F.

    • Bake a small/half tray for 30-45 minutes.

    • Bake a large/full tray for 45-60 minutes.

  5. Using a wooden spoon, stir gently every 10-15 minutes until heated.

  6. Enjoy!


How to Reheat Frank’s Red Sauce and Baked Pasta Dishes

  1. Remove pasta from refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours before baking (takes the chill off).

  2. Preheat oven to 375-450°F.

  3. Put the tray into the oven with the lid on.

    • Bake a small/half tray for 30-45 minutes.

    • Bake a large/full tray for 45-60 minutes.

  4. Remove the lid for the last 5-10 minutes of baking to brown the top.

  5. Enjoy!
