How to cook and reheat some of our specialties
How to Cook a Frank’s Pizza Kit
Place oven rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F.
Remove dough ball from tin.
Stretch the dough and begin creating your pizza pie.
Spread sauce with spoon to 3/4" from edge of crust.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce. Place topping(s) as desired.
Carefully place pizza directly onto oven rack. Bake only one pizza at a time.
Bake pizza for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown. Ovens may vary, so cooking time or temperature may need to be adjusted.
Carefully remove from oven, let cool 3 minutes.
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
How to Reheat Frank’s Creamy Alfredo and Pink Vodka Sauce
Remove from refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating.
Preheat oven to 275-325°F.
For cream sauce, add 2-4 ounces of whole milk or cream before heating.
Heat slowly on low heat at 275-325°F.
Bake a small/half tray for 30-45 minutes.
Bake a large/full tray for 45-60 minutes.
Using a wooden spoon, stir gently every 10-15 minutes until heated.

How to Reheat Frank’s Red Sauce and Baked Pasta Dishes
Remove pasta from refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours before baking (takes the chill off).
Preheat oven to 375-450°F.
Put the tray into the oven with the lid on.
Bake a small/half tray for 30-45 minutes.
Bake a large/full tray for 45-60 minutes.
Remove the lid for the last 5-10 minutes of baking to brown the top.
