Cousins Armando & Frank emigrate to the USA from a small town in Italy, Monte di Procida, and and work in restaurants in New York and New Jersey.
1985
Frank & Armando move to Maryland and open a pizza shop on Belair Road, using only fresh ingredients (and no dough preservatives).
1990s
In order to further set themselves apart from the national pizza chains, Frank's adds a full pasta lineup to their menu.
Today
Two generations of the Buontempo family, along with an extended "Frank's family" of passionate employees, continue the tradition of quality food that brings people together.
