Reheating Instructions: Red Sauce and Baked Pasta’s
Remove pasta from refrigerator at least 30 minutes-2 hours before baking(takes the chill off)
Pre heat oven to 400 – 450 degrees
Put the tray into the oven with the lid on
Small trays bake for 30 – 45minutes
Large tray bake for 45-60 minutes
Remove the lid for the last 5- 10 minutes of baking to brown the top
Heating Instructions: Pink or Creamy Sauce
Remove from refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating
For cream sauce, add 2-4 ounces of whole milk or cream
Before heating if needed
Heat slowly on low heat at 275-325 degrees in covered pan.
Half tray 30-45 min.
Full tray 45-60 min.
Using a wooden spoon, stir gently every 10-15 minutes
Heating Instructions Pink Sauce (Frozen) Small Tray
Remove from freezer one day prior to use defrost in the refrigerator
Place on counter 1-2 hours prior to reheating (this take some chill off reduces cooking time)
Pre heat oven to 275 degrees.
Add a little milk or cream if it looks dry
Heat slow and low to prevent the sauce from breaking down.
Place in oven leaving the cover on for approximately 30-50 minutes.
Check every 10-15 minutes
Stirring GENTLY with a wooden spoon as needed to distribute heat
